Good Thymes Returns and Refunds Policy

We make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases from us.  We have tried to make our returns and refunds policy clear but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at info@goodthymes.co.uk.

Faulty Goods

If you have received goods that you believe are faulty please return them to us within 7 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging and we will exchange it for you or offer a refund covering the goods that were sold. 

Personalised Stationery or Other Special Order Items

These are excluded from our refunds policy with the exception of faulty items.  However it should be noted that handmade items do have slight variations which are in the nature of handmade products.  Small variations are to be expected and in this instance the items are not considered faulty.

Please note that if you have placed an order with us and chose to cancel your order once proofing work has commenced a cancellation charge of 10% will apply.  If you choose to cancel once handmade items are completed we are not able to provide any refund.

Special Order items are items that you may order from us that do not form part of our standard stock, this includes items that are not displayed on our website.   An example would be card that is cut to size on your request, or a colour of an item not on the website.  Providing that this item is not faulty this cannot be refunded. 

Printed Items

Items which have been printed for you are excluded from our refunds policy, provided that they match the proof that you have signed off, or the information provided in your order.  We take care to ensure that the proofing process is very clear, and once you have approved a proof and we confirm that we will be printing your item and further changes required by you once printing is completed will be at your cost.

Other Returns

If you would like to return an item because it is not required, you may return it to us unused and in its original packaging within 7 days, and we will offer you a credit or refund.  All refunds will be given at the discretion of the management.  Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact us for details) within seven days of delivery of your item, quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item and must not use them. Item may be returned to Good Thymes by 1st class recorded postage or by recorded delivery, we do not take any responsibility for the items until they have been received at our offices.
