Design

All our designs can be modified to suit your wedding theme, please call us or email us with your requests.  Bespoke samples can be made up for you.

Proofing

As standard our printed items include the proofing service as follows, your text is laid out and provided to you electronically to check. You may send any changes back to us, we will provide up to 3 proofs in total for any item.  Please note that you will be able to see the size and layout of each item that you order and it is your responsibility to ask if it does not appear to be as ordered.

Further proofs can be provided over and above the standard 3 at a cost of £5.00 each.

Please note that the exception to this is our order of service for which we charge £15.00 for proofing, again this includes up to 3 versions of your proof, and additional proofs are charged at £10.00 each.

Samples

Samples can be ordered for most of our wedding stationery items, please use the sample product in the category of your choice.  If you would like a sample made up that uses elements of our designs please call us and we will make a sample up for you based on your requests. Please note that at busy times samples can take up to 10 working days.

Wedding Stationery Printing

All handmade wedding stationery, and kits with printing follow the same processing steps.   Once your order has been received we will send you sample texts for the items that you have ordered.  You can then email us back your choices. 

We will then send you an electronic proof for your items.  You may then inform us of any changes or approve your proof.  Once a proof is approved we will then print your items.  We will not accept any returns of printed items, unless they do not conform to the approved proof. If you later require any change reprinting can be done at your cost.

Wedding Infomation Sheets and RSVPs

With our invitations you can order Wedding Information Sheets and RSVP cards as additional extras. 

Wedding Information Sheets are as standard sized slightly smaller than an A6 card, this means that they fit into most our our invitations, if you would like a different size or style please notify us when you order.  Please note that there may be an additional charge.

RSVP cards are as standard sized slightly smaller than A6 which fit nicely into any of our invitation envelopes.  If you would like a different size please notify us when you order and please note that there may be an additional charge.

Handmade Items

Please note that all handmade items or items which include handmade elements, will be subject to minor differences due to the nature of the products.  

Timescales for Despatch

We do despatch as soon as your items are ready.  Timescales for wedding stationery can depend on how quickly you send us the information that we require to create your proofs and how quickly you approve your proofs.  The timescales below are as a general rule.

Samples - Up to 2 weeks.

Stationery Kits - 2-3 weeks

Guest Books and Photo Albums - Up to 2 weeks. 

Kits with Printing - 2 weeks after proof is approved.

Wedding Stationery - 2-4 weeks after proof is approved.

Payment

Full payment is required on order.  You can pay by card online, or by sending a cheque or call us with your card details.  You are welcome to order by phone if you prefer.

Delivery Charges and Timescales 

Delivery charges are based on weight and volume,  All deliveries are sent either Royal Mail Recorded, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce or Courier depending on the weight and value.All items can be tracked should there be any issue about delivery. 

Please note that if an item is sent recorded and is returned to us as it has not been collected you will be contacted and charged for redelivery.  It is important therefore that you provide a delivery address where items can be signed for if possible.Please note that should you require items to be delivered at different times, there will be an additional charge.This may occur when you order items such as invitations and place names with printing, where you are not able to provide the names for the place names at the same time as the invitations text.  We will contact you once you have placed your order to confirm how you would like your delivery managed.  Additional delivery charges will depend on how the items are split.
